We strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of our business (including local markets and manual inventory updates), an item may occasionally be listed as available when it is out of stock.

• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable.

• Notification: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

• Resolution: You will be offered the choice of a full refund for the unavailable item or a substitute of equal value.

2. Errors and Omissions

While we take great care in managing Jaxsbunporium.ca, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, product descriptions, shipping weights, and promotional offers.

3. Product Safety & Disclaimer

Our forage and toys are curated for the safety of small animals. However, every pet is different.

• Supervision: Owners are responsible for supervising their pets with any new food, treats, or toys.

• Liability: Jax's Bunporium, its owners and operators is not liable for any injury or health issues arising from the misuse of products or individual animal sensitivities.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes (HST) are calculated based on your shipping address within Canada. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but once an order is confirmed, the price will not change for that transaction.

All content on this site, including the Jax's Bunporium logo, product photography, and descriptions, is the property of Jax's Bunporium and may not be used without written permission.

          Natural Forage and Hay

• Individual Sensitivities: While our forage blends and hay are selected for their safety and nutritional benefits, every animal is unique. We recommend introducing any new forage or treats slowly and in small quantities to avoid digestive upset.

• Dietary Advice: Our products are intended as supplementary treats or enrichment and should not replace a balanced diet or veterinary-prescribed nutrition. If your pet has a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your veterinarian before introducing new forage.

• Natural Variations: Because our forage and hay are natural products, variations in color, texture, and scent are normal and expected.-.

• Small Animal Toys & Enrichment

• Supervised Play: No pet toy is truly indestructible. We strongly recommend that all toys and enrichment items be used under supervision.

• Maintenance & Safety: Inspect toys regularly for signs of wear and tear. If a toy becomes damaged, frayed, or displays sharp edges or small loose parts that could be swallowed, remove it from your pet's environment immediately to prevent choking or injury.

• Choking Hazard: Some items may contain small parts. These products are intended for animal use only and should be kept out of reach of children.

•  Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Jax's Bunporium, you acknowledge that the use of these products is at your own risk. Jax's Bunporium is not liable for any illness, injury, or health complications that may arise from the use or misuse of our products or from individual animal sensitivities. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
