Return & Refund Policy

Handmade-to-Order Items (Final Sale) Most of our toys and enrichment items are handmade-to-order. Because these items are custom-crafted, all sales of toys and accessories are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind once items have been used or opened.
Forage Mixes (Hay Toppers) (Final Sale) For the health and safety of all small animals, we cannot accept returns on forage blends or treats to ensure our inventory remains free from outside contaminants.
Boxed Hay and Food (Conditional Returns) We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed boxed hay or food within 14 days of delivery. The safety seal must be intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations- We accept cancellations only if your order has not yet entered production or been shipped. Since we begin hand-making items shortly after an order is received, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once production has started, the order is final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at jen@jaxsbunporium.ca within 48 hours. Please include a photo of the item and your order number.
